Kombi Fest

Festival Dates:

Friday the 3rd of October to Sunday the 5th of October 2025

Kombi Fest:

Check-in from 7am to 12pm, Sunday the 5th of October.

The festival opens at 8am, workshops and displays 8am to 3pm.

The Kombi Fest presentation is at 2:45pm on Sunday the 5th of October.

Prizes include:

The 'Show Stopper' which includes a perpetual trophy, take home trophy and $500 cash prize (Judging by the event organiser and/or sponsors). 

3 x $500 cash prizes (randomly drawn).

Registration:

Cars registered under a club/group/forum will be allocated to an area of the static display with space for club tents. Group registrations will close on the 26th of September.

Individuals can still register on the day (cash only). Pre-Registered vehicles will have express entry to the event.

Registration costs $7, which includes passengers, an event sticker and memorabilia. 

Entry Details:

To enter the festival site on Sunday the 5th of October, please use the car entrance only. Address: 1A Old Bar Rd, Old Bar, NSW, 2430. You must arrive by 12pm as gates will close shortly after.

All pre registered vehicles must use the express lane unless a dog/ animal is in the vehicle- use the 'on the day' registration lane instead (in order to register the dog/animal).

You must show volunteers your ticket.

After passing the gate, festival staff with direct vehicle to an allocated display spot. If you are with a club, group or friends, staff will ensure vehicles are together.

Exit Details:

All vehicles are expected to stay for the whole day which concludes at 4pm (TBC).

Pass outs are available for patrons, only at the public gates.
